The product itself is suitable for dog bathing, but one of the pipes was bent and dented due to impact during shipping. The packaging was also damaged. Please resend the product and process a return.

I was a bit dissatisfied as it didn't arrive complete; they were missing the glue to adhere the bat to the base. I recommend buying double-sided tape separately.

For me, it turned out to be useless. The dog calmly pulls its paws out of the holes; it's not heavy, it doesn't want to do it. I have a Yorkie.

The bats only come in a bag without the LED light, which does not match what was promised.
